Ordered twice in the past month - Didn't receive samples requested once
I get it, it's not always possible to send the samples selected, or even
one of the others for that matter. But twice in two weeks? Really? You
can do better than that. I paid the money, how about something me
SOMETHING I select.

condition. You can return or exchange them in stores as long as you have

I had the same problem as this person how did you help her/him fix the
problem just placed an order and had to cancel it because it was the
wrong address that I put. How can I do that? It is still in the status
