HEYROUGE code not working

I'm rouge and I used this code last week during the Rouge only sale. I tried to use it today but it doesn't work. It's only $5 off instead of 20%. Am i the only one experiencing this? Thanks.

Hi. Thanks for replying. i figured out what was wrong. that time my cart had the ordinary products and those were excluded. So thats why $5 off. Since i took it out of the cart and changed to other items, code works already. Thanks.
