Shipment didn't arrive

Hey i got notifications telling me that my package has arrived already but it hasn't and i know this because i've been home all day and was waiting for it.

My Sephora order should've been delivered today, and strangely my tracking said it was delivered this morning at 11:17am. However, I checked all around my front porch, my mailbox and there is no package anywhere.

why would my tracker say it arrived when it hasn't.
