I posted a similar issue a few days ago, but haven't heard from anyone
yet. Received my order last Friday and this is what it looked like when
I opened it on Sunday. Pretty gross! Hope it gets resolved for you.

I had this same issue as well. Customer service told me there was
nothing they can do because it passed the return date... you would think
they would make an exception when a product is moldy!!

Really not the first time, I understand that they can run out of samples
