Returns/store credit

I am so frustrated and need advice! I have several items that I stupidly paid cash for and they didn’t go on my insider account (idk why when I gave my info) and now I can’t even get store credit for a few items. I had a reaction to a mascara and/or eye shadow palette. I also wanted to return 2 items that weren’t even opened yet. Help?! I just want to exchange or get store credit. I’m so upset.

I'm so sorry to hear the products you purchased aren't working out for you! Regretfully, if you no longer have the receipt and the purchase cannot be verified in the store system, regretfully, the store is unable to process a return or exchange.
