Package Not Received!

I ordered my package more than three weeks ago and it still has not arrived. When I look at the package updates, it says that it has been delivered but underneath the shipment history, it mentions that shipment delayed, delivery date updated. However, I still have not gotten any info regarding my package. Should I keep waiting? Please let me know!
