Another Year of Rouge in August 2020 - Flash Shipping

I made Rouge for another year in August 2020. I called the Rouge line and was told by customer service that Flash Shipping is on hold for everyone at the moment. I notice I can select Flash for an extra $15.00 so why is it considered on hold if I can purchase it. My orders are taking up to 3 days to even release before shipping. Zero incentive to be a Rouge member if others customers are enjoying Flash benefits and I can't even select it as an option

I am so sorry for the confusion and any misinformation you may have been provided! Rouges will receive free standing shipping on all orders; no enrollment is required. However, if you would like Flash Shipping, you must enroll in the subscription here:

Flash Shipping is $15.00 per year. Regretfully, Flash Shipping is no longer free for Rouges.
