product not correctly packaged by manufacturer

I bought this back at Christmas, but hadn't opened it until today (because who opens skincare creams, with a limited shelf life, when they're not needed right away). Sephora had sent me a box that was supposed to be the Sol de Janiero Samba Foot Fetish Care. However, inside the bottle itself isn't the Foot Fetish cream. Its filled with Bum Bum cream! Called customer service, but they weren't willing to do anything about it, and had zero interest in even making sure the product batch was looked into. The guy couldn't have cared less. And I've got a tube of smelly body cream I can't use that I spent almost $40 on, and not the actual cream I needed.
