The fact that a company this big has no solution to offer or even
message of apology is bananas. I didn’t receive my first order, was
reshipped after 3 weeks of waiting … on the 15th. So no hope of it...

Same thing here. My order hasn't even been picked up by a courier and
Sephora customer service was absolutely useless in cancelling the order.
This is my first time dealing with them and will be my last.

My $300 order from 11/4 shipped via Canada Post. Tracking shows it
arrived at my local post office on 11/12… So now it’s just sitting there
down the street at the post office, but I can’t collect it. So
frustrating.

Quality issue with an item I recently purchased.
Hi, I have been trying to use the live chat feature, but it has been
unavailable every time I've tried. I recently purchased a balm and when
I opened it, there was dust and hair on the top layer of it, which is
pretty gross.
