Sephora not posting my reviews

I’ve been Rouge member for years now. I purchase and review tons of products. I’m active community member and even got three free boxes from Sephora for reviews. But lately the last few months they stopped posting my reviews. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times and they advised me to clear cache, browsing history, reinstall Sephora app, log out log back it but nothing helps. They submitted twice account review and told me will get back to me in 3-5 business days and never did. I submit my reviews with pictures, they are not posted in 72 hrs and system lets me to submit another review. Did it happen to anybody else and how did you solve this issue? Did they flag my account for something and don’t tell me?

I know this is an older post, but I’m hoping to get some help.

I submitted a review for the Anastasia Smooth Blur Matte Powder Bronzer about a month ago. I received a notification saying it would be posted within 72 hours, but it still hasn’t appeared. I tried resubmitting the review, but wasn’t able to - even after switching browsers.

Is there a way to get my review posted? Or who I should reach out to for support?

Hi @QuynhPanda, thank you for reaching out! I see your review of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Smooth Blur Matte Powder Bronzer was successful. It looks like it was published on the site on 7/3/25. You may need to sort by Newest or use the keyword search to pull up the review on the product page.

I know this is a old post but looking for help.

 

I have recently tried to submit 3 separate reviews and only 1 posted, so I kept trying thinking it didn't process or ect.. but I have tried so many times now and never received an error msg. 

How am I able to get my reviews posted? Or who do I reach out to ?

@SwtAnnii24 I see that your two reviews were pending moderation. I have approved them for you and you should see them post to our site within 24 hours.

I know this is old, but the same thing happened to me - I finally figured out how to post reviews from the app (with photos), but I went to check and none of them posted. A dang shame!

@baaducky I don't see that we have any recent reviews submitted from your account. The last one was for the Kayali Vanilla Sugar Rock Sugar fragrance. Did you receive any error message when you submitted them through the app? Can you please try resubmitting them through our mobile site using a browser?

Hi! This is also happening to me. I posted a review, did not see any error messages and the review has not been published. Now I am getting an error when I try on my web browser on a PC. It keeps telling me to try again at a later time.

@SafiraRR It can take up to 72 hours for your review to complete moderation and post. I see that your review for the YSL Make Me Blush 12H Blurring Liquid Blush is currently pending moderation.
