Scam Alert

I ordered a gift card on 8/8 and the e-gift card was never delivered. Called on Friday and they said it will be delivered within 3 hours, I waited and still no e-gift card. Called back on Saturday, Rep then said the card could not be processed but you took my money from my account. Rep stated that money would be returned within 72 hours (Monday) . My money has still not been returned to my bank. CASHSTAR is a scam. Sephora, how can I get my money returned?
