Why is my order still processing?

I used the Sephora app, as usual, to buy two products using my 20% promo code on Friday, November 10. I have never had delays in my order being processed. It is now Tuesday and my order is still in processing status. Whats going on?!

Appreciate your response, Sian. The good news is one of my orders is now finally on its way. It is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. My second order is still in process. However, I am not worried anymore! You're absolutely right! Orders are taking longer to process due to either backlog or high volume, nothing else. As long as I get my orders and it's not wrongfully charged, or out of stock like some other consumers are experiencing, I am happy 🙂
