Return without packing slip?

Hello,

I was so positive this lip mask would be great so I chunked the shipping box and packing slip as soon as I got it. But all it does is make my lips dry even when they weren’t dry when I went to bed. Can I still return it?  Sephora.com says I may not get my money back without the packing slip?

I'm sorry the lip mask you purchased isn't working out for you! If you no longer have the order invoice that was sent to you, you can log into your account online and the print the order invoice there! Simply locate your order and print 🙂 Please be sure to include that in your returned package.
