Return without packing slip

Hi!

I recently purchased some products online but later sadly found the shades not actually working well with my skin tone... So now I'd like to make returns for them in store. However, I no longer have the packing slips with me already. The products are all fine for the 30 and 60 days window, also good in brand new/gently used condition. Will I still be able to return everything in store and get either refunds or credits without the packing slips then?

Yes! If you no longer have the packing slip, the store can locate the order with your order number from your Sephora app or the order confirmation email.
