returning without packing slip.... impossible?

is it possible to return an online purchase to the store if I don't have the packing slip? I used a gift card so I would be getting credit back for it. seriously the first time ever I didn't keep the slip is when I need to return something! I was so excited about the Laneige sleeping lip mask and it has dried out my lips SO badly. I can't use it.

@allison1912 if you go to track orders and then details you can print off the invoice of your order. They also should be able to look it up by the insider account

If you bought it online I think it will be ok. It dried out my lips also !
