No samples, no packing slips

I have been a loyal Sephora customer for well over 15 years. This has been a continuous issue with online orders, I am hardly ever given the samples I select and most often than not, no samples at all. Is it really that difficult for a MULTI BILLION dollar company to provide samples for their “valued customers” or is it just that we are in fact not valued. I have complained about this multiple times and asked WHY this is such a problem for them without any response. This is truly pathetic customer service. I’m going to start to spend my money elsewhere, Holt Renfrew, Shoppers Beauty Boutique or Ulta when I’m in the USA. It’s such a simple gesture and I simply can not understand why it’s so difficult for them to execute. Do better for god sake.

@Niki1990 I'm sorry to hear that! We do have to include substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable, but you should receive samples when selecting them. I will send you a PM.
