Return of an online order by mail without order summary

I ordered some things online and would like to return them, but i accidentally threw away the order summary and return form that came with the items. I do not live close to any Sephora stores (the closest one is an hour away) so it would be really inconvenient to have to drive to one just to return a product. Is there anyway for me to return by mail without the return form?

Hi @anonymous97! Yes! You can definitely return your online order without the original order summary or return label.  Please follow the instructions on this page: https://www.sephora.com/returns-exchanges#ByMail

There is also a link that will give you another return label that you can print and use to send the products back to us.

You will include a printout of your online order summary and if the item included is listed on that, they will be able to process your return.
