Received broken product - returning

I received a broken product when i ordered from sephora.com. I live in Norway, Europe, and I suppose I'll just return the product by mail. But do i have to pay for the shipping and taxes to return it? And do i have to order the product again and then again pay for shipping and taxes?

Hi I got a broken product the whole bottle was busted and I want a replacement or a refund I have the shipping number and I’ll upload images
