Broken product returns

I bought the tower 28 concealer November 11 and absolutely loved it but the end of the applicator broke off in the bottle making it pretty much unusable. It’s been 53 days since I got it. I don’t even want my money back I just want another one. Can I exchange it for another even if I don’t have my receipt?

Same happened to me. My order date was April 2024 and Sephora CS said they couldn’t help me since it was last year. They recommended that I contact Tower28 - I did, waiting on reply. Were you able to find a solution to your issue? I just want a new applicator! Still a lot of product left.

@ali510kat, I'm sorry to hear this! If you don't have the receipt, the store can still look up the purchase using your Beauty Insider account information, such as your registered email address or phone number.
