Order processing

I placed two orders about a week ago, they are both processing still. The charges were showing on my credit card statement before but now they are not. One item is showing as not in stock - has my order been cancelled since I have not been charged?

Hi @harpsekhon89,

 

I'm sorry for the confusion! You may be seeing that pre-authorizations have dropped from your form of payment, looking like you received a refund from Sephora - This is not a refund, and you will still be charged once your order ships. Hope this clarifies 🙂
