Absolute worst website and customer service

My same day delivery order was canceled but it is still showing under orders as standard delivery- shipped. It is so confusing! I wasn't going to order another dyson hair styler without making sure I wasn't going to be charged twice! So what do I do? I go on the chat for support and after 5 mins of wait (I didn't mind), a customer service rep tells me that my order was canceled, so I sent her a screenshot of what I was seeing in my orders page. I had further inquired about why exactly my order was canceled to get some context so I know whether it makes sense to place another order and waste my time or not. She proceeds to tell me that the courier had canceled the order but then also adds that it could be my bank (it was not). When I mentioned that it was not my bank she just abruptly ends the conversation. I just placed another order and if it gets canceled again I'm not going to bother anymore. The website is terrible (way too many bugs), couldn't even place my order with my Sephora credit card (what's the point of even having it at this point), atleast have decent customer service representatives!
