Worst Customer Service

My package is missing and it says it was delivered on 4/9/25. The FedEx person took a picture of the package being delivered and because there’s this photo as proof of delivery, they cannot reship my items or provide me with a refund. 

The rep stated because I previously had a missing package, it’s business practice that they cannot do anything and I can go open up a claim with FedEx. The amount of money I spend at Sephora trumps this order of $250 worth of products. The last missing package of a substantial amount occurred probably more than 5 years ago. 

The delivery information can’t even be read in this photo and there isn’t any visible Sephora tape on the box or their logo. So for all I know this random box is proof it was delivered. It’s good to know that Sephora doesn’t value their customers one bit.
