Worst customer service

I returned some items to Sephora and it got delivered on Aug 9th. 

 

Sephora agent told me it is refunded, however I didn’t receive any confirmation email!(I checked spam and trash ..nowhere!!) and it is not refunded to my financial institution. I contacted the financial institution, and they said they didnt receive anything from Sephora.

 

I talked to two Sephora agents and they told me it is refunded and they cant do anything!!!! If you refunded me, where is my refund? And why cant you send a confirmation email?? This is worst customer service!!!
