Welcome to Year 7 of our Pan It! Challenge
The "Rules"
To accommodate a variety of interests, you all are encouraged to pick items to pan that are most suitable to your collections. For some, this might mean focusing on a particular type of product (like lipstick) and for others this may include a larger variety spanning your entire makeup or skincare routine.

Ideas to Help You Pan Those Items:
Past Panning Challenges:
@Cissy63 nice work! You're definitely going hard on those, lol.
I have three of this shiseido snow beauty face powder but
I’ve been working exclusively on this one! So satisfying!
@heartsmyface @I love these types of panning products! Watching the pan grow is so satisfying!!
Do you love it? I'm thinking of either replacing or repurchasing the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder ... it seems like its the only thing thatll not settle into my undereye crease @heartsmyface 😭
@jaaayp The Snow beauty is really nice. It’s fine milled but also applies thickly and it’s claim to fame is it makes your skin super white. There are no other shades to be had. I love it for setting the high points of my face. Ben Nye powders are probably my favourite for not creasing. They’re kinda a no frills product but they’re reliable. You get a lot of product for your money too.
Honestly though, for undereye creasing (and any mobile areas of your face) your best bet is to apply your makeup as thinly as possible and when setting it, use a thin thin veil of powder. Apply it evenly to a big fluffy eyeshadow brush and then brush some off on your arm before going to your undereyes. You want just enough to dry the surface of the base underneath. And don’t brush it on. Gaze upward and press the brush upward into your undereyes. Then don’t blink for like 40 seconds to allow it to properly set.
See if doing that helps.
after that, if you have a damp but near dry beauty blender you can lightly bounce it over the powder to push it further into the base product. So there is no powdery appearance.
Woah!!! 😍 There's a lot of product in those powder compacts. Phenomenal work @heartsmyface!
@itsfi @Right??!!! The pans are so deep!! Not complaining!! The powders are soft and I use a lot so I am very happy they’re so generous! I can’t help but buy a new edition each year cause of the pretty packaging and theyre getting backed up. I may have to skip the new one this fall so I can catch up to myself.
I'm kinda torn about that, hearts. On the one hand, I completely understand wanting to use your products. On the other hand, there's something about collecting those compacts yearly that is so appealing @heartsmyface - they do such a beautiful job with designing those compacts, every year!! I was doing that with the Sulwhasoo cushions for a while, and then Sulwhasoo stopped making annual LE compacts (or maybe they didn't stop and they just were not as readily available in the US?), which was fine really because I never was able to get my way through them. At some point after they stopped making the annual LE ones, I stopped using the cushions. lol.
@itsfi Ha, yeah, just let me pretend I’m a responsible and practical person until this fall when my impulses are put to the test. 😜 You can judge me when I post the newest compact.
I do the same with the Guerlain meteorites. Will I ever use them all? No. I tell myself they make good beauty room decor. I should pull one and use it for a while.
Good job @heartsmyface .👍 I need to work on my Westman Atelier powder next (or maybe Hourglass 😂🤣) Regardless I need to pan some powder this year
@blackkitty2014 They feel soooo luxe with how heavy the packaging is. do they do refills? They seem as though they should….
I don’t think they do. But you’re right WA needs to do refills since the compact is so nice
