Ulta points refresher (because yes, it is that complicated):

Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

@treestar86 If calling doesn’t work for me I will try chat then email.  I don’t give up. When I use to handle claims for the shipping department I was known to never lose one. I was that relentless.

@SportyGirly125  I am too usually, cuz I could use every cent. lol. and I hate false advertising, or companies wasting our time. altho the ulta chat never works, they always kick me off after asking for mu info, lol. when I referred someone to rakuten and they claimed it was another account of mine (despite having never met that person, and they live across the country) to deny the $40/each bonus, I looked into it and saw that they try that w/everyone, and someone said the BBB worked, so I filed a complaint and got it the next day. 🙂

then when I was supposed to get a perfume from influenster that I already wanted, and they sent them to the wrong ppl,, but they say they wont replace anything for any reason, and their tracking usually never works, anyway, so u cant even prove that it wasnt sent to u...a lot of us were mad and complained, but then had ppl telling us they dont owe us anything, and we should just be grateful and stop complaining. I saw someone mention that contacting the brand worked before, so I tried that, and eventually mugler responded, and sent me the perfume. which I didnt even ask for, I just wanted them to know about the screw up, and how shady Influenster is. if it was another item I probably wouldnt have cared, but thats the only thing I had actually tried and loved, before getting the campaign. not to mention I thought someone had stolen it, since there was no tracking info, and we had reports of pkgs stolen and dumped right by our house. so I thought, hmm, I guess they dumped the ones they didnt want, but an expensive perfume seems like something they'd keep. It was a lot of stress and really disappointing, to not get something I was told I was getting. and then have the ppl that got them tell us to stop complaining, that they didnt "steal" our boxes (never said they did, lol), and they dont owe us anything. its ridiculous their tracking never works, tho...I guess so ppl cant prove it was never sent, or sent to the wrong ppl...anywayy...
