The Referral Code Thread

So many retailers offer referral codes that are beneficial to the sender and receiver.  I thought it might be good to have a thread where we could share info in general on referral programs.  AND, if BICers want to put out feelers for referrals (sending or receiving) then it would add up to some nice savings.  There's no judgment about who you choose to refer, because I know it often means sharing email or other personal info.  The best way may be to share via PM if able.
