Rouge referral code

I went to send my friend the rouge code for the beauty insider sale and it said that the link has reached its maximum redemption limit. But she never got an email with the code and I only sent it to her. 
could someone help me figure how to either reinstate the link or the code?

Make sure she checks her spam and also is signed into the email that is associated with her account. My email from my friend’s rouge friend code was super delayed as well but I just got it and the code in that email worked!
