Referral code says redeemed

Hi, I sent my friend the Rogue referral code link, and now it's saying it's been redeemed before she can even enter her email. Could someone please help me with this?

Hi @LiseP08,

The link can only be clicked once. After that, the error message will appear. 

The first time your friend clicked the link and signed into her account, she should have received an email with the promo code, which will be valid from 11/1 - 11/4. Please have your friend check her email inbox. The subject line starts with: "You’re getting 20% off"

If she went back and clicked the link again, she will see the error message "Sorry, this link has reached its maximum redemption limit," but she should simply check her email inbox for the promo code. I hope this helps to clarify!

Hi Laurie,

She didn't receive any email (she's checked all folders). She followed the prompts, then it said it was already redeemed. Is there any way I can try to send it to her again? Appreciate your help in advance.
