Seriously?? I’ve already received those products!!! Also, my Sephora brand lipstick (in god awful red....AGAIN) fell out of the tube and got all over my floors when I opened it!!! This is rediculous, I don’t wear red lipsticks and I don’t need the same hair products over and over. That’s why we filled out that survey when we signed up!

Well I have to say if I am getting those items in my box I might have to cancel. Gotten them all except one of them. I’ve gotten the ghost oil 2x by all means nothing should be duplicated. There are so many beauty products out there is no way we should ever get duplicates. Agree with the others either u don’t get all of your samples and your short changed or items are broken. After receiving boxwith missing items for like the 7 th t8me I think I got like 50 or 100 points . You shouldn’t have that many missing items or duplicates especially if you have only been in the program for less than 2 years. It’s like getting the urban decay stuff for like the 3rd time. And i hate the perfume samples but geese if I’m going to get them you mean you don’t have new fragrances.  Sounds like the Sephora box isn’t working out too good. There’s got to be some type of algorithm they could r7n to figure this all out

I hope I get the volumizing spray so I can at least see if it works on my hair. I will not be able to use any of the other two as my hair is already fine and oily.

I am upset about last months box that was my first one.. the lipstick i got i couldnt even use because when i opened it the lipstick was broken and at the top of the lid so i couldnt get it out. Super disappointing. Also since i live in an apt id prefer my box be delivered in front of my door not outside in mailbox where it gets cold and ruined /:

Apparently it happened to alot of people with the lipstick.  How disappointing. Atleast i know i don't need amy sephora brand make up as i prbly wont like it.

Hey, so I know everyone has different wants & you'll never please everyone. I get that we receive so many red lipsticks because it's a classic shade and it's easy to find a red that's flattering on many skin tones (even though I agree that it would be nice to have some fun shades. I own 30+ red lipsticks).

Do you think there could be an option in our profiles for hair that says "none," though? I don't think I should have to receive hair products if I just... don't have hair. 😕 It's pretty depressing tbh.

I’m so over the hair products. I don’t need or want these. I get my hair done. I also don’t ever use the perfumes. I do love the red lips though. Red and pink are the only colors I would wear. Everything else (especially the dark colors) get trashed immediately.

Well boo. Seems like they don’t tend to pick stuff that ever works on people with coarse or coily hair. I’m cancelling after this month because I have only ever gotten a few things I would actually use.

AGREED!! I have a 2 year old and don't really like to take him shopping, especially at a place like sephora. and I honestly never have time outside of my work schedule. I do all my shopping online mostly. I mean, the box comes in the mail, so why shouldn't the points? I get they want ppl 2 buy things in the stores but i'm sure ppl spend just as much money, if not more, shopping online.

Yea I think its not fair you can't use it online I literally shop sephora online almost every day placing at least 2-3 orders a week. And I'm never able to go to the physical store.

I agree!! All Sephora locations are at least an hour or more from my house and never get to use mine..
