I agree, Sephora brand is not something I want to see in my box.

I have been with y’all for over a year and now boxes are not at all putt together correct, they use to have better products and things that I actually uses. I have updated everything about 4 mo as well ! I’m Thinking about canceling mine ! Just haven’t been impressed at all !

I'm very disappointed that my lipstick was broken as well. And the red color as well as the red color of the lip gloss were way too bright for me.  I've been leaning toward giving this beauty bag business a break.  Most of the items are not useful to me, and way too many "masks" to number.

My lipstick was broken too!!! Smashed and broken. Sephora gave me a $5 credit and I tried to apply it with a brush but it faded and cracked fast. It also applied a different color than what was in the tube. Not sure it was their highest quality.

A YouTuber I watch said Sephora is giving a $5 credit if you call them about it. 

TBH, mine was broken too, but they just credited me for not shipping out a next day order for 2 days so I don't want to take advantage.

Oh, that would be so cool if we could use our Play passes online!  We do not have a Sephora in our area (even if we did, it’s hard for me to get out as I’m disabled and can’t drive, have to beg for rides in the boonies, haha)!  

I love my Play boxes and appreciate whatever we get for only $10.00!  I’m lucky though, I have 3 (tween/teen) granddaughters, whatever I don’t want, I pass on to them.

I agree...this program is useless to me if I can’t use the points on my online purchases, which is how I purchase from Sephora. Please rethink this policy. And please, please stop with the red lips and deep colors...more peaches, pretty, not neon pinks, nice nudes.

I also live 2 hours away from a Sephora location so while I Love to shape in a store I don’t get to do it often and would appreciate it if I could use my redeem my 50 points online with the Many purchases I make there!  LOVE THE PLAY BOXES!
