Seeing product empties is so satisfying 🙂
Post your weekly, monthly, quarterly, whenever-ly empties and let us know how you felt about them!
Previous Empties thread:
Empties for the month of February: Most stuff were likes and mehs that didn't leave much of a big impression. Skincare Empties

Bath & Body Works Frosted Cranberry Deep Cleansing Hand Soap - Like
Bath & Body Works Vanilla Coconut PocketBac Anti-bacterial Hand Gel - Like
Dove Dry Spray Go Fresh Cool Essentials - Like
DR. JART+ - Dermask™ Foot Smoothing Mask- Love. I found this at Marshalls for less than $5, so it was a steal! These fit on my large feet, and they made my feet feel great after I took them off. I had to keep them on for a few hours before getting the warming sensation. I would definitely purchase these again for the full price as Sephora.
Kiehl's Since 1851 Crème de Corps Refillable Hydrating Body Lotion with Squalane 8.4 oz/ 250 ml- Love. Routine Staple
Scottish Fine Soaps Au Lait Hand Wash - Like
SEPHORA COLLECTION - Hand Mask- Like
SheaMoisture Coconut & Cactus Water Quench & Refresh Bar Soap - Love. This soap smells amazing, and it makes my skin feel good too.
Makeup Empties
Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Water-Resistant Eye Primer 0.24 fl oz/ 7 mL- Like. This is a great primer, but the packaging is terrible. One squeeze, and all the product comes pouring out.
bareMinerals Well-Cared For Brush Conditioning Shampoo - Like
CND Vinylux Weekly Polish Untitled Bronze - Love. This has become one of my favorite nail polishes for my at-home manicures. The polish dries quickly and lasts for about a week.
Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Pro Filt'r Instant Retouch Primer 1.08 oz/ 32 mL- Like
Julep Nail Color Zelsa - Love. These polishes have the most beautiful sparkle. For me, they work better on my toes.
Kate Spade New York In Full Bloom Blush - Meh.
SEPHORA COLLECTION - 12hr Colorful Contour Eyeliner Purple (31) - Like
Sephora by OPI Brush On Cuticle Oil - Like
Sephora Beauty Amplifier Lip Primer - Meh
Tarte Shape Tape Glow Wand Dream - Declutter. I like the glow, but the color was too light even when I mixed it in with other concealers.Too Faced Damn Girl Mascara Wand
Too Faced Damn Girl! 24-Hour Mascara 0.43 oz/ 12.7 mL- Declutter. This was a fail before I got to use it because the brush was damaged.
Ulta Beauty Matte Cream Eye Shadow 1980 Classic - Love. This was a great base for my shadows.
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Original- Like. I’m starting to come back around. I hadn’t been using it for a while because it stopped working for me, but this sample was decent.
Versace Bright Crystal Eau de Toilette 3 oz/ 90 mL- Like. The scent is unique and not overly floral.
Hair Care Empties
Curlsmith Full Lengths Density Elixir- Meh. Used for about 1 year, and I haven’t seen any difference in my hair density.
Curlsmith Ultimate Lengths 30-Day Therapy - Meh. Second month out of three month period.
DEVACURL - Melt into Moisture Matcha Butter Conditioning Mask- Like. I wasn’t wowed by the results. After all the bad press about DevaCurl, this isn’t on the top of my repurchase list.
Love Beauty and Planet Murumuru Butter & Rose 2-Minute Magic Masque - Like. Second repurchase. I like the product, but I hate the packaging.
Klorane Nourishing Conditioner with Mango Butter - Meh. I used this as a pre-poo treatment. I love the smell, but the results aren’t spectacular. I would try it again, but it’s not on the top of the repurchase list.
SheaMoisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Treatment Masque - Meh. I had high hopes for this, but it was just okay for me. I probably won’t repurchase this one.
@sephoraaddict918, I agree with you on the Leaders Bye, Bye to Dry - it’s one of my favorite Leaders mask. So good for parched skin! ♥️ Completely agree on the Klorane as well; I’m always tempted by the smell and have to remind myself that it’s just okay.
@sephoraaddict918 finding that DR. JART+ - Dermask™ Foot Smoothing Mask for under $5 was a total steal! I think that’s my favorite foot mask. I’ve found if you sit still, it warms up faster than if you are walking around. Impressive empties!
It has definitely become my new favorite foot mask @eshoe!! I did notice it warmed up more while I was lounging on the sofa, so I will keep that in mind with the next one.
Empties for the month of February!Shout out to the VERB - Hydrating Hair Treatment Mask this is one of my all time favourite hair masks, used it roughly once per week and really helped my hair. Had to put the Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-exfoliating Scalp Scrub Shampoo 8 oz/ 236 mL a and conditioner on the bottom because these truly did nothing for my hair, I actually had to re wash with my other shampoo and conditioner! Also I really enjoyed the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro™ Nourishing Whipped Refillable Moisturizer 1.69 oz/ 50 mL but unfortunately it made me breakout... besides that though it did an awesome job of hydrating my skin!
@mazzkm if memory serves my hair wasn't crazy for the Briogio S&C either.
@mazzkm, my hair also wasn’t thrilled with that Briogeo shampoo and conditioner. I’m a big fan of the brand that this particular s/c set didn’t work well with my hair. That Verb hair mask though sounds like something I need to check out...
This month's goal was to use up some partials I had laying around and also some of those deluxe samples I always forget I have.
Unlabeled tubes are Glossier Boy Brow and Glossier Lash Stick. Boy Brow is a HG for me so I already opened up one of the my backups. Lash stick brush was great for lengthening but not for volume. So I've moved on to LAURA MERCIER - Caviar Volume Panoramic Mascara
EltaMD is another HG, so plenty of backups.
Lush Rose Jam is an annual purchase for me because they have that amazing after Christmas sale.
Caudalie Pore Minimizing Instant Detox Mask 2.5 oz/ 75 mLwas great! I would consider buying the full size if I can ever get through my stash of random face masks.
Was not a fan of JOSIE MARAN - Argan Infinity Cream Intensive Creamy Oil. Too greasy feeling. Ended up using it on my hands cause my face was not happy with it.
Everything else was meh...but happy to clearing out some partials!
@averylayne I just purchased the EltaMD and used it for the first time this morning. First impression was positive on it 🙂
thanks great @CookieGirl1 ! I'm glad you like it so far! My dermatologist recommended it to me when I was suffering from horrible horrible hormonal acne. Love that it contains niacinamide!
@averylayne it's nice to hear first hand from someone who's used it awhile! I don't struggle with acne but the niacinamide was still something that prompted me to try that particular product; one of my "resolutions" this year was to be better about wearing sunscreen because I've historically been too nonchalant about it so I spent some time reading reviews to find one that I would hopefully feel good about/be consistent about wearing. That one got really good reviews and I think that I will be glad I chose it.
@CookieGirl1 before EltaMD, I was really bad about applying sunscreen also. I use to just rely on SPF from my foundation. And I have to say, I've notice a big big difference in the health of my skin since I started actually using a legitimate sunscreen as the final step in my routine. I still have to use a bit of concealer because of my acne scars, but the rest of the skin is much healthier. EltaMD is my HG, but I did see that Supergoop just released a new sunscreen that also contains niacinamide, and also acts as a primer. If EltaMD doesn't work out for you, that may be another option!
Supergoop! Glowscreen SPF 40 Sunscreen with Hyaluronic Acid + Niacinamide 1.7 oz Sunrise / 50 mL
@averylayne I actually saw the new Supergoop one AFTER I ordered the one from EltaMD or I might have purchased it instead but depending on the reviews for it I may try that one when this new one runs out.
