100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

@Mellmars1185 Surprisingly, I've yet to try fully filling in with a pencil and using a clear gloss on top but it sounds like the wear time would be drastically extended and would create a longer lasting effect on the lips. Did you notice a longer wear time/staining effect or was it fairly the same? Very curious to hear your thoughts 🙂

@QueenMarceline Thank you! I did apply to the lip line and smudged in. I do find in general that lip liners stay on longer for me and usually I just need to reapply the gloss throughout the day 😊

@Mellmars1185 Thank you 🙂 I'll give this a shot next time I need a long-lasting lip and report back ✍️ I've gotten rid of the vast majority of my matte liquid lipsticks and honestly, I cannot stand the texture on my lips after re-trying a few times. I had such a large collection a few years back during their height and for the life of me have no idea how I wore it on my lips on a daily and regular basis because I can barely do it for a night out these days. Some formulas are better than others but honestly I've been waiting for an excuse to ditch the rest of my stash so fingers crossed this works out fairly good 🤞
