I redeemed for the Kat Von D 1000 point brush reward. I didn’t read the description thoroughly and when I received my reward was a bit fussy since it’s one that you have to wait on. It says they’ll contact me regarding engraving but I’ve heard nothing back on it. I emailed regarding it a couple days ago and after getting a bizarre response email I spent 45 minutes mostly on hold with concierge who also ended up having no answers. The only answer I did get was I would need to call someone else for it but they couldn’t figure out what concierge line to call. Does anyone else have any insight on this?Lackluster presentation much?

I received the same thing the bag is folded because they put in a smaller box than the bag it didnt come in the regular rewards black box. Just email the beuty insider rewards they got back to me after 48 hours and have me filled out my info and 2 character
I'm very sorry you had such a bad experience, @liv545. 😞 I also redeemed for the reward, and mine was packed very nicely; everything was placed well in the zippered bag and the bag wrapped up. Did you ever end up getting your e-mail about the engraving? I just got mine yesterday I think; I'm a little bummed that it's only two characters (I opted for "XO" rather than my initials), but the survey they had me fill out was super easy. Hope they make this right for you!
@h3llc4t rather than make things even more complicated I totally stole your idea and had my brush engraved with xo as well. I think Brit will like that way better than BM 😂
@liv545, so glad that it worked out for you! And yeah, once I saw they only allowed two characters (I had a name picked out and everything after seeing what the folks with the Marc Jacobs lipsticks got!) I was like "welp, we're just gonna do XO and be done with it", haha. I am sure your friend will love it!
@h3llc4t right? I’m not 100% sure why the two letters thing? I mean, I had my lipstick from Urban Decay engraved for free from their website and it took no time to ship out. Maybe the 5-7 week’s is an estimate and it will come in sooner!!! One can hope!This is my dog’s name, the color is Unicorn so it makes sense.

@h3llc4t everyone I’ve encountered so far has been less than helpful. Usually Sephora’s really good about stuff, but with the rewards it’s a little different I guess? I got the redemption email today. I didn’t know it was going to be two letters. I redeemed this as a gift for a friend and her initials are BM sooooo idk.... totally sucks. Are we able to skip the engraving process?
Has anyone actually received their pro custom face chart yet? It was supposed to be delivered by last Tuesday and after an aggravating call I was told there was a delay and should be receiving it this week. Still nothing - has ANYONE received theirs yet?

I did not order one (I considered it but was afraid it wouldn't be worth it). But this is crazy I can't believe you still don't have yours! My fingers are crossed that they give you some bonus stuff to make up for it!
I never received mine. Though I agree it looks pretty awesome, I could never recommend it. I have called them a bunch of times and they just get super nasty and tell me they have no information for me, have no way of getting me any sort of tracking, and if I want to I can try calling Sephora directly to get my points back. So I am pretty bummed out about the whole thing. @kitkatbonbon
I'm just pissed at this point. I was PROMISED when I called on the November 21 that it would go out by November 22. I called when I had not received it on November 29th and was again told they all went out on the 22nd and if I didn't receive it by Friday to call back. I just got off the phone with them and now they are telling me the last batch went out December 1st and I should receive it by Friday this week. I have not received a single email from them since October 10th. No one sent me tracking, no one has explained why there is a delay. No one has even apologized. I am getting really angry about this.
