I called rewards conceirge they dont know anything just that its 6 weeks to wait from jan 1

I’m so bummed 🙁 I missed the Sephora pro cool palette again...I haven’t managed to get a single reward over 500 points in all my time at Sephora, and this is the first one I’ve been really excited about.

 

This time I think some app glitches got in the way 😞 I had my cart all cleared out, but as soon as I added the reward, all 12 items were re added to my cart (and since you have to delete one by one in the app, that took the better part of a minute...). Then the app asked me to sign in again during checkout, even though I had just signed in. Feeling super discouraged about all this. Especially since this is the third time I’ve tried to redeem this reward...if I fail three times on this one, it seems unlikely that I’ll ever redeem a one time offering.

 

Anyways, I hope Sephora offers the Pro Cool palette as a reward again next week so I can give it another try

I got the kat Von D's Favorite Things reward.  It's supposed to be a trunk filled with stuff. HUGE disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The trunk came damaged in 3 areas, and it is missing more than half of the things supposed to be in there.  The shipping box was in great condition so the trunk was damaged BEFORE it shipped.  Someone in the redemption center obviously ransacked it taking whatever they wanted, then sent the leftovers.  Nobody knows what to do and and nobody is held accountable for stealing my rewards.  So much for a 12,500 points reward.  Sephora, that's pretty sh*tty!

I got 750 point Kat mirror reward instead I got an employees blue dirty used lanyard today. So worth the points lol!

OMG NO!!!!!!!!! @glideron1022. 😞  This is ridiculous!  This isn't the first time something like this happens to a KVD reward. It happened to someone else here in the community. She redeemed for the perk with the glasses and there were no glasses in the reward. @niki172

 

Maybe a mod can help you. They are very efficient! @DaneeBT

@glideron1022 @veronika23 is right. I redeemed the 2000 pt perk for the $200 sunglasses and all I got was an empty case. @SianBT was EXTREMELY helpful in not only gifting me a full sized bottle of KVD perfume and my points back as an apology, but a few weeks later they surprised me and sent me out a pair of sunglasses from the same company as well. I recommend posting on the customer service thread. I provided photos as well to show all that was left was some plastic covering in the case, and the exterior of all the boxes (may not have shown those I can't recall, but they had info on them).

@niki172,  @SianBT never even bothered to respond to me!  Apparently my ranking isn't high enough to respond to a major problem with damaged and missing rewards.

So looting the rewards is common at sephora.  What's the problem?  They don't want to fire the thieves?!  I've heard of people getting fired for less yet they keep those bad apple employees. SMH

The people that work at sephora say that they get a LOT of free stuff, and yet they feel the need to steal from customer rewards?   Real trustworthy people they hire over there.  NOT !

I don't know what happened to your reward @glideron1022.  All I know is that someone from this community had the same problem happen with hers... Where the items get taken out is a mystery.... another reason why it would be better to have a points for "cash" system like Ulta.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything 750-1500 points that wasn’t sold out! I’d love to redeem something from the 1500-2000 point section, but it always says sold out! Maybe someday I’ll catch one 😥 Also, 3 times now I’ve put a reward in my cart, purchased it, got a confirmation email and then the next day get an email saying it’s out of stock. Grrrrr! I’m hoping they fix this little problem soon 😬

Has anyone here received one of the decorated Sephora Pro palettes and wants to share a picture of what they look like in real life?  Especially the bejeweled ones - its hard to tell if its a flat print or a 3d texture?  They look beautiful!

One thing that I noticed in common about all the stuff for a pro face is when you look at the actual pallet info in the description and the colors in it they all appear to be very much the same colors. I’m guessing the Sephora artist will make it work for your color ID and whether you need warm cool or neutral shades?

Yes, they're the regular Sephora PRO palettes (warm/cool/editorial) that a bunch of the in-house MUAs have decorated by hand. 

 

I wonder if this will become an ongoing thing... maybe they're enjoying the painting parties 🎨

I'd rather decorate my own palette if I wanted that, but to each his own!
