Impossible to get the good rewards even if you order right at 9am!!! I ordered the REN and the Shiseido rewards at 9:00 as soon as they appeared and my order went through. Then two days later I received an email saying it was canceled! Both of them - even though the Shiseido still appears as available...This is ridiculous!

that doesnt make sence, i went through the slow app, searched the items one by one to see the value of this reward then thought about it for a minute before putting my order through. once i hit checkout i checked and they were all out of stock so i must have been one of the last ppl to order and got shipping confirmation friday morning. i am seeing that the shiseido reward was removed completely maybe they didn't have it in stock and decided to cancel your whole order altogether? otherwise, can't make sense of it:/

The customer service confirmed I was among the first to order right at 9am, but they didn’t know why it was canceled. The person on the phone was very helpful, but I am still not getting the Ren reward...

I've been wondering the same. Finally a photo and using the DE as size reference is perfect! Unfortunately it's not as tiny as I hoped so I'm passing.

just wondering if anyone has received the personalized Urban Decay Born to Run palette reward from September ?? I know that it stated you should receive the palette 4-6 weeks after October 1, and customer service told me that they should have been shipped on October 15....

I am also waiting for mine. I have messaged the Sephora service team a couple times but they say they don t know? Very unhelpful. I thought we would have gotten it by now as well? @tracy709

This was the first reward in a long time that I have been super looking forward to receiving!!!  It is a little odd that they can’t provide us with shipping/tracking information, but I guess that is because they are being shipped by Urban Decay , I’m assuming?

I have a hard time getting rewards before they sell out, so I was pleased to catch the Laneige Your AM Regimen reward for 750 points last week. I received a canvas tote, a zippered makeup bag, a pen, an adhesive button thing (I'm not sure what it is), and two product samples. I'm not really in need of anymore bags, so I'll probably use them for packaging gifts over the holidays, but it was nice to be able to redeem some points.

@courtneyinsea this is so cute! I got the PM version of this reward. How nice is the zippered bag! I used it yesterday to bring some makeup to a friends place, and I got a surprising amount of stuff into it

@courtneyinsea:  Congrats on redeeming a Laneige reward!  The "Glow Getter" makeup pouch looks super cute!  Is the "adhesive button thing" supposed to be a pop-socket?  It's a collapsible little handle that you stick on the back of your phone or phone case to allow you to safely hold your phone in one hand.  🙂
