My Too Faced reward has shipped and will be delivered Wednesday.

I did get the points back but tome it doesn't justify all the time and luck I got redeeming it. Especially with the new use it or lose it with the point system it was hard and very anxiety driven process to then not arrive.

Get my package and it was the wrong reward. I did not receive my Too Faced reward. I was shipped the 1000 point Origins reward from two weeks ago. I redeemed for the 1000 point Origins reward and I received that last week so now I have two. WTF This poor customer service is unacceptable and I’m on the phone with vib rouge customer service.

Omg not again, I hate Lasership and I lost two packages from them, one was my hourglass reward too...Sephora needs to stop using this company !!!

For 3 days my 1000 point reward was processing and now cancelled! I am so unhappy. I waisted time and then don't even get it when I had it for 3 days...ughhh so unhappy.

Congrats! When did you redeem the bike? How long did it take for you to get it?

I redeemed in August.  It took about 3 weeks to get it, but they originally sent the wrong bike.  I contacted the Rewards Concierge, and Kristina Hernandez helped me out.  She was excellent! She got a new bike shipped out and had UPS come back and get the old one.  Seamless and swift in making the exchange.  I was really impressed by how well Kristina handled it.
