I was able to get one and as soon as I hit check out it directed me back to the rewards bazaar and they were gone! I'm amazing how quickly they sold out. Last year I tried to get one and wasn't able to. I'm pumped I got one this time but I feel you 😞
Gah!!! I was trying to post that the hourglass reward was up and there was a lot of quantities available (800) but it sold out already. Such a nice reward. I hope others that missed out last time was able to snag this version too.
I'm so bummed/frustrated. I had both rewards in my cart for all the way through checkout and the app kept buffering for no reason just long enough for everything to sell out. Argh. Congratulations though to whoever got the palette and the bike. Please send pics
O man that blows @Anonymous!! I actually uninstalled the app because it became so glitchy and slow. The mobile site seems to work so much better.

Hey, guys. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed that Sephora advertised the ole henriksen glow bike for 5,000 points in an email on August 1, 2017, however, it was up for 7,500 points today. How can they just increase the points needed to redeeem a reward by 2,500?! Honestly I've been so dissapointed with Sephora lately but Ive been giving the company a chance over and over and now I'm just completely turned off. I've spent so much money to rack up points for this specific bike and been checking every day that they drop rewards with an alarm and everything. I could have easily bought like 5 bikes by now with the money I spent on Sephora products. I called customer service at 12:01 EST to see what can be done about it and I was put on hold for 15 minutes and obviously by the time that the customer representative came back on the phone it was sold out. I am honestly in tears. I learned how to ride a bike this summer and I thought what a good way to rewards myself before I go back to school in September but nope obviously that didn't work out. Sorry for the rant, but my experience with the rewards bazaar has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.email

I redeemed some points for the it cosmetics reward and accidentally got the light color (I read it quickly and thought it came with a light like the benefit reward a few months ago not that the skin tone for the CC cream was light...doh!). I immediately called the rouge line and the girl was like, "i'll cancel it right now, it should totally work and you'll get your points back." Something told me that this would not work and I didn't spend 1000 more points to get the right color. Well, the order was never cancelled and I never got points back and now I have a reward that is too light for me! I don't particularly need any of the other products and it should go to someone that really wants it.
Long story short: does any one want it? PM me and the first to respond will get it! I may ask for some shipping money depending on where you live (i am on the east coast and shipping to the west coast can be costly!). Otherwise, no cost. I just don't want it laying around my house!

@piccolobacio I think it is worth contacting a MOD or posting in the Customer Service group so a MOD can look into it for you and can offer you some compensation.

@fatimamummy It totally worked! They returned my points and I am giving the reward to another lovely BI community member. This is some kind of sephora nirvana 🙂
