100 Shades of Eyeshadow Challenge

Inspired by @Samtian 's new year's resolution and the 100 Days of Lipstick Challenge started by @snoflakefaerie ! I thought it would be fun to do the same thing with eyeshadows!!

I have so many eyeshadow shades I never wear!  The 100 days of lip challenge has really encouraged me to branch out! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to make my way through my whole collection using different shades each day! Share some eye looks or swatches - whatever's easier!

@CynthieLu  It looks really good in the photo.  Blending darker shades on fair skin is tough cause any inconsistency in the shade shows up much more prominently than it would on skin with more pigment.  I tend to blend the edges out using a shade in my skintone to mitigate some of the patchiness.  I also try using a transition shade a few skin tones darker than my own before applying a darker shade and I bring it out a little further than the darker shade will go.

Thank you for the advice @heartsmyface I didn't use a transition shade this look, I was following a method from some random how-to-video for deep set eyes, I think when I give it a try out again, I'll add the transition shade and see if i can make it work. I am pretty darn pale lol I glow in the moonlight 😅

Today I am using PMG Mothership III Subversive eyeshadow palette, which I love so much, for an intense and sparkly smoky eye.

Thank you so much, sweet @PicktheSiren ! 😘 Yes, I live very close to the sun indeed, in the Sunshine State 😁. I always take the pictures under direct sunlight. So when you don’t see me posting is, most likely, because it is cloudy 😊
