wrong Samples

I used my points to choose specific samples and received 2 acne patches that I did not order. I realize samples are substituted due to availability, but I used my points for them. I would have just skipped it and saved them.

@uf007 In reviewing your most recent order, I can confirm you did not redeem any points for samples! Additionally, I'm sorry we were unable to send you the samples that you originally selected at checkout!

@uf007 you actually don't use your points for samples; do you mean that you were trying to redeem options from the Rewards Bazaar?
