Wrong samples & parfum HALF filled

I am most saddened.  I left  like so many of us that get it in a day for free on Amazon prime.  So I  deided I am in mood for new perfumes and would adore samples before blindly ordering large bottle.  I order two products within last few months.  2 it is, no longer 3 samples.  First time, bottles half empty.   And they didn't provide the second perfume but some random thing for face I would never use.  Second purchase I add two (sadly not three) and I get the two (shockingly) I asked for but BOTH parfum bottles were less than half full.  I have pics.   It was delivered today.

Thank you kindly for addressing this.  I realize many dont't have the funds they used to but if you want us to return from Free next day Amazon we need samples correct and filled up.  We also wait so long for package to come and pay for shipping.   I'm wondering if I should just go back to Amazon.    Think you for listening.

Hi.

No, I have zero assistance with chat about this.  I spoke with chat before items arrived or bought about a different matter.  Kindly see it was before products were even bought 🙂 Something wasn't showing up in check out so chat said leave site and start over.

Same thing happened to me, last two times I ordered from them, thinking I would leave amazon.  And I was punished.  We pay for slow shipping, wrong samples (always) and newly the parfum sometimes lower than half filled. Never over half.    They must want me us to go back to Amazon?
