I'm not glad someone else is having this problem but also makes me feel
like it's not just me! I got the "call commenity" suggestion as well and
haven't gotten anything resolved yet.

I suggest you call sephora customer service, comenity transfered me back
to them and some was able to log in to my basket and apply the reward.
Comenity was not helpful at all. Good luck.

Yes, Comenity was no help, they wound up transferring me back to Sephora
Customer Service. The person i spoke to did indicate an issue with the
website, some kind of technical glitch. Someone needs to...

Agree. The reason I religiously ordered from Sephora was for the samples
so I could try new products. Without that perk, I no longer feel loyal
and will just as likely order from Nordstrom or Blue Mercury, etc.

samples, I would hesitate to buy many products, not sure what Sephora is

I had this issue too, on mobile. the “Get 2 samples with every order”
link was completely gone, and the “view featured offers” link only took
me to the Offers tab. I tried on desktop and it was there!...

There is still no option to select samples.... Is this a glitch that
