\Hi, can someone from customer service please contact me. My account

I suggest you call sephora customer service, comenity transfered me back
to them and some was able to log in to my basket and apply the reward.
Comenity was not helpful at all. Good luck.

Yes, Comenity was no help, they wound up transferring me back to Sephora
Customer Service. The person i spoke to did indicate an issue with the

Agree. The reason I religiously ordered from Sephora was for the samples
so I could try new products. Without that perk, I no longer feel loyal
and will just as likely order from Nordstrom or Blue Mercury, etc.

link was completely gone, and the “view featured offers” link only took

There is still no option to select samples.... Is this a glitch that
