Missing package

This sucks so bad because I am going through something similar as everyone on here is. I ordered perfume totaling a good $700. I did not receive my package, it was "delivered" to my door even though we have delivery lockers. They also only left a picture of the door number... I can't even tell you what the actual package looks like and if it was even left. They are denying my request for a refund or reshipment because they are saying it's marked as delivered. I've reached out via chat , asked to speak with a manager who was no help. I've called and asked to speak to a manager who is no help. I am soooo angry about this. What should I do?

@Beauty3756, It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with more information, I'll look into this.
