Using wrong address for shipping

  • I didn’t realize until later today that I shipped my package to the wrong address. I attempted to contact support about the issue but when I was talking to the lady she said their tracking service went down and to come back in 15

minutes. By the time I came back support closed at 9PM, so now im not sure what to

do.

 

Theres no way for me to access where the package is being delivered since I don’t live in that area anymore. I’m not sure what’s the best course of action because I’m worried by the morning my order will already be shipped and I won’t be able to do anything.

@Niaw112, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
