refund is denied for returning wrong items they sent

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return. You initially sent me the wrong items, and after requesting that I return them, I did so promptly and properly. Now, I am being told that the return was incorrect (obviously, duhh) or empty (impossible) which is completely false.

To be clear:

I returned the items exactly as instructed.

I have photo evidence of the item I returned.

I also have the Canada Post receipt confirming the shipment.

It is unacceptable to imply otherwise without proof. I am requesting immediate action to resolve this issue and process my full refund, as I have upheld my end of the return process with complete transparency.

Please escalate this matter if necessary. I am also aware of my rights! So frustrating and waste of time

One more thing, I went to Sephora SquareOne and purchase some of items I am supposed to receive.

and a poster says free Supergoop sunscreen sample for $40 and above purchase- I asked for it after paying and the saleswoman immediately said it’s over- girl, there was a big container of the samples behind her! They only give samples to whoever they feel like giving!
