how do i check which accounts are linked to my phone number?

I recently found out that I have multiple accounts linked to my phone number from my past accounts not in use anymore. Is there anyway to unlink those accounts so my current account is the only one with my phone number connected? I don’t even know how to check how many accounts are linked with my phone number.

@amandafleisch, we're happy to help. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
