Linking phone # to account

is there a way to link my phone number to my account? I normally just give my # when I purchase in store & I don’t see the option of adding my # on here.

I need to link 3 accounts to the same account, this is for the sale because I’m trying to do a pickup order and it says I’m in insider but I am rouge with the phone number.
