Only received 30 points, not 50
I changed my photo and waited four days - still, I'm missing those last
20 points. Why?

I had to delete the picture entirely and try again before mine worked. I
deleted it from my laptop, then used my phone to add a pic again.

insider points and birthday
my insider points are not appearing on the app since i joined last year.
i contacted my local sephora and customer support via phone last yearand
was told that it is fine since they appear on my card....

Same thing.My birthday is supposed to be May 15 and it was before but I
checked and it now says June 15. Maybe it's an error from the new
communities.I hope that it doesn't interfere with the birthday month
gift and that they get fixed.

They did the same thing to me with the Urban Decay jackets... I didn't
bother calling them to ask why they cancelled mine and how it was
possible that they were out of stock when I ordered right at 9a...

I had this happen to me once before. After the order, I e-mailed
customer service and got responses very quickly. You'll get some
standard responses to start. But if you explain the situation
thorough...

You must load a profile picture and answer all of the profile questions
related to hair, eye color, skin type, etc. If you've already one this
before September 1st you have to re-save your selections so the points
can be allocated to your account.
