My Sephora-Southpoint Mall NC

I have spoke on this a few times,however im just realizing this is the actual place i should be writing to ❤So in a nutshell i have an old acount w Sephora from wayy back before kids that i cannot rem the email nor the many #s iv had since..So back in April i decided to start treating myself again after 4 kids and years of buying good products through friends that bought through/at Sephora and getting those rewards for myself! So i walked into my fav Sephora store and was introduced to a few ppl,but one girl really stood out to me for her fab customer service,knowledge in areas i needed most and all around great personality..Skye...every single time i come in,she will not just take me to what im looking for,but recommend other products she thinks id like better than what i came in for and even saves me money! lol-Every item iv purchased in store is bc of her and online have mostly been a few things she spoke about and not ONE thing has let me down..Funny thing is we are opposite in how we wear things..so for example the fact that she wears her liner so perfect on her lid and creates fab looks as opposed to my bold waterline/tightlining..and she is paler with more of a matte look as i am very tan with dewy looks yet she amazes me with her skill to find products that are soo me and a far from what im sure she doesn't use..LOVE THAT! So i just wanted to take a moment and rave ab Skye from our Southpoint Mall store in NC bc she is just amazing and thanks to Sephora for hiring all the women and men in that store as they never hesitate to come up and ask if i need help yet not in an uncomfortable way like so many other stores. Also like to add that my 4yr old has been with me a couple times and loves to "help" with trying diff products and again,no one has ever been rude if anything very helpful when they see i am stressed. You guys rock Southpoint Sephora! And Skye-a HUGE shout out for being extremely helpful and kind and just.  YOU! Ok one more thing-while I'm raving ab Sephora,i also wanna say THANK YOU to all the online customer service reps that have helped me with the issues iv recently had. As iv been understanding to the things that have been a small issue in my orders,they have been more than understanding and take my small issue and turn it into a big one for the simple fact they care about ALL of their customers and that is just really rare to find anymore..This is why i enjoy buying from you guys,thanks again for everything Sephora,you are the real rockstars 😘 xOxOx

Thank you doll and also-although iv sent my thoughts in via website,I want to also say that ANIKA,is absolutely wonderful and charismatic and everything i love when I'm shopping! She is without a doubt one of the kindest and hard working women i know and have the luxury of her being the manager at the ONLY Sephora i will go to and for reasons iv raved about. I don't think she realizes how much she means to so many of us so if you could,please make sure she is acknowledged for her outgoing lovely all around personality and work ethic!
