insider points and birthday

my insider points are not appearing on the app since i joined last year. i contacted my local sephora and customer support via phone last yearand was told that it is fine since they appear on my card. I have around 58 points or more and would like them on the app. after i updated myprofile will the new 50 points only appear rather than the total insiderpoints i have and have not shown on the app( i.e: total of 100 or more)? Also my birthday on my profile is wrong can it be fixed? edit: my insider points on the app were just changed to only 30!! i should have atleast 110 points!!!! what happened to the rest of my points which i had from actual purchases??? and why not 50 points for the update of profile?

hello! thank you for the help! the points have been fixed. however after i logged in with a new password as instructed, i had to make a different nickname (added an i at the end) and noticed that the old profile is still up nickname: tiffanyhalabi (one i, profile of the original post here) can the old profile be deleted or something? many thanks for your quick responses. Also birthday still says dec 10 my birthday is nov 10 1992. Thanks!

I believe there's a number you can call to fix your birthday such as CS. Mines is wrong as well.
