Package was stolen!

hi guys, 

  I just found out one of my package was stolen! I was wondering why I still haven't get it so I checked, it said it was delivered Aug 23, I was out all day that day. My husband went to grab package last Thursday in the maintenance  office and the Sephora package was not there. 

  This is not the first time my package got stolen, there's no camera outside the building and the office people of the neighborhood basically gave me a nice smile and said "sorry, we hope you will find it". Are you kidding me?????
